Visa and Mastercard accepted, or prepay with a cashier's check or money order.
CODs require prior permission by Family Heirloom Weavers.
Personal checks are accepted, but are subjected to a $25.00 non-sufficient fund charge, will not be run through a second time and may be subject to a 10 day hold.
Any unpaid amount due must be paid with a cashier's check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If customer would prefer a mailed brochure, a $5.00 charge will apply.
Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days only if the item is in new/unused condition.
No returns on personalized items.
Please inspect all items upon receipt. Should there be any defect, we will issue a call tag valid for a period of 5 days from receipt of package.
After this time, any return for any reason will be done at customer's expense.
All returns must have a tracking number.
Returns should be sent via UPS or USPS certified mail to:

Credit will be issued upon receipt of item if all policies are followed.
Credit is given for merchandise only and a 15% restocking fee will be applied, unless item is damaged.
