We offer over 20 patterns of ingrain carpet; as well as 4 stair runner patterns. Ingrain carpet is defined as a flat, woven, reversible wool carpet. In many middle class homes of the 1800's at least one room had ingrain carpet. Our selection covers the late 1700's to the 1920's. We weave the carpet just as it was then in 36" wide strips and  hand seamed together to room size or bind or apply fringe to make a lovely area piece. Our work can be seen at many historic sites and has appeared in a few big screen films. Our ingrain carpet is priced from $97.00/yd to $165.00/yd.

Visa and Mastercard accepted, or Prepay with Cashiers Check/Money Order.  COD's require prior permission by Family Heirloom Weavers.  Personal checks are accepted, but are subjected to $25.00 non sufficient fund charges, will not be run through a second time, and may be subject to a 10 day hold.  Any unpaid amount must be paid with a cashiers check/money order, visa, or mastercard.  We reserve the right to refuse any order

Return Policy
30 day return policy with receipt and item(s) should be in unused condition.  No returns on personalized items.  Please inspect all items upon reciept.  Should there be any defect, we will issue a call tag for a period of 5 days of receipt of package.  After this time, any return for any reason, will be done at customers expense.  All returns must have a tracking number.  Returns should be sent via UPS or US certified mail to: 775 Meadowview Drive, Red Lion PA 17356.  Insure if applicable.  Credit will be issued upon receipt of item, if all policies are followed.  Credit is given for merchandise only and a
$5.00 restocking fee will be applied, unless item is damaged.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for at least $25.00, then in increments of $5.00 thereafter.  They are reddemable for Family Heirloom Weavers merchandise only.  Any unused amount, will be used for future purchases and not redeemable for cash.  Any balance must be used prior to the one year expiration date noted on the gift certificate.

Carpet Samples
Carpet Samples are available on a 15 day memo bill.  We will gladly ship selected carpet samples via UPS Ground free of charge.  Customer must supply a credit card number to be held, until the return of the samples.  Samples must be returned at the end of 15 days, via UPS Ground or USPS Certified Mail in the same condition as received.  Samples are to be returned at customers expense.  There is a value placed on the samples, if samples are not returned, then you will be charged for the value of the carpet samples.  Please call 717-246-2431.
