Visa and Mastercard accepted, or Prepay with Cashiers Check/Money Order. COD's require prior permission by Family Heirloom Weavers. Personal checks are accepted, but are subjected to $25.00 non-sufficient fund charges, will not be run through a second time, and may be subject to a 10 day hold. Any unpaid amount must be paid with a cashiers check/ money order, visa or mastercard. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If customer would prefer a mailed brochure, a $5.00 charge will apply.
Return Policy 30 day return policy with receipt and item(s) should be in unused condition. No returns on personalized items. Please inspect all items upon receipt. Should there be any defect, we will issue a call tag for a period of 5 days of receipt of package. After this time, any return for any reason, will be done at customers expense. All returns must have a tracking number. Returns should be sent via UPS or US certified mail to: 125 O'San Lane,
Red Lion PA 17356. Insure if applicable. Credit will be issued upon receipt of item, if all policies are followed. Credit is given for merchandise only and a 15% restocking fee will be applied, unless the item is damaged.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for at least $25.00, then in increments of $5.00 thereafter. They are redeemable for Family Heirloom Weavers merchandise only. Any unused amount, will be used for future purchases and not reedemable for cash. Any balance must be used prior to the one year expiration date noted on gift certificate.
