Shown: linen color
100% cotton, mach wash: cold, dry: med
A early weave with raised figures. It was believed the
raised figures helped with absorbency. Huck A Buck,
Huck A Back and Huck Lace are just a few names for this
extremely well known fabric that was used for curtaining,
toweling and table linens. It is thought that the term
"huck" is derived from the "traveling hucksters" that
peddled these hand woven goods.

Angstadt #5 pattern
We have reproduced many of Jacob Angstadt's patterns since the 1980s.
Number 5 is the newest variation of the diamond and center motif. Through
the years we have woven numbers 1, 2, 8, 9 and now 5. The Angstadt
decendents have been to our mill several times and are very proud to see their
grand ancestor's; Jacob Angstadt's, original works reproduced. The Angstadt
patterns are from late 1700 and were originally woven in Lewisburg, PA. c
