We currently offer domestic mainland shipping only. We cannot ship international orders at this time.
In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground or USPS. You can expect delivery in approximately 7-10 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our skilled craftsmen do their best to ensure all items meet our quality standards. However in the event an item does not live up to your expectations, you may return an item up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Except in cases of manufacturer defect, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Items must be in new/unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom orders,
"on demand" items, cut fabric, and Final Sale items with prices ending in .98 are not eligible for returns.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 10% at our discretion.
An original receipt/packing slip or return authorization is required. If you do not have your original receipt/packing slip, please contact us for a return authorization. Please list a reason for return. Unexplained returns must be inspected for damage or defect and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Any parcel received without proper documentation will be returned at customer's expense.
We are only able to process returns for items ordered directly through our website: familyheirloomweavers.com.
Items purchased at our retail location (located at 775 Meadowview Drive, Red Lion, PA) must be returned on site.
We cannot process any returns for items purchased from third party vendors/stockists/etc. or any other location.
